Palate; sublim taste of herbs – mentha, white- and black pepper, lemon peel and bergamott. Sweetness plays the second violin. The aftertaste is intense of lemon peel, fresh pepper and bergamott. Very long length. Fine to drink after an oriental meal and why not food from Marrakech. The baristas/roasters behind Koppi are Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand both BC-winner in Sweden. Anne participated and won with team Sweden in NBC (Nordic Barista Cup) Copenhagen a couple of days ago.
